Black Friday 2026 is Friday, November 27, 2026 and Cyber Monday is Monday, November 30, 2026. When deals go live in November, we'll post the ones we can verify here, with prices pulled live from Amazon like everywhere else on the site. Until then, nothing on this page is a deal: every price you see is today's normal live price, and we won't guess at what November's prices will be.

In past Black Friday and Cyber Monday coverage, the clearest golf discounts were on previous-generation clubs, rangefinders, GPS watches, launch monitors, shoes and apparel. The things that rarely went on sale were premium tour balls like the Titleist Pro V1 and current equipment from brands that hold their prices. Below is what the history shows for each product type, our call on whether to buy now or wait, and our current top picks at today's live prices.

Everything here is drawn from deal coverage published by golf outlets in 2023, 2024 and 2025 — Golf Monthly, MyGolfSpy, Today's Golfer, Sports Illustrated, Golf News Net, GOLF.com and Golf Digest — and from Amazon's own announcements. Every source is linked at the bottom of the page. Past discounts are history, not a forecast: retailers set new offers every year, and a product that was discounted last November may not be this time.

What rarely goes on sale, and why

Most golf equipment is sold under a minimum advertised price: retailers can charge what they like in the store, but they can't advertise below the manufacturer's minimum without risking the relationship. Golf Digest reported that Titleist, Ping and Mizuno are known for holding their prices steady for as long as possible, and MyGolfSpy wrote in 2026 that PING “often discounts less than its competitors” and tends to wait until a replacement is close.

  • The Titleist Pro V1. Golf Monthly called it “basically never discounted” in November 2025. The Black Friday offer it found was a two-dozen holiday pack at 9% below the manufacturer's suggested price.
  • Current-season clubs from price-holding brands. The big club discounts in past coverage were mostly on older models. A brand-new Titleist or PING is the least likely thing in golf to get a large Black Friday cut.

Black Friday ball offers in past coverage lean on multi-buys and older or value models. Golf News Net's 2025 roundup listed “buy 2 dozen, get 1 dozen free” offers from several brands, and Golf Monthly and Today's Golfer both listed discounts on value and previous-model balls.

Our call

Value balls are already cheap, so the saving on a single dozen is small. If you need balls now, buy now. Waiting only makes sense if you plan to stock up in bulk, where multi-buy offers have historically appeared.

What past Black Fridays show

Golf Monthly described the Titleist Pro V1 in November 2025 as “basically never discounted,” and the offer it found was a two-dozen holiday pack at 9% below the manufacturer's suggested price. Titleist's “buy three dozen, get one free” promotion appears in the coverage we found as a spring offer, not a Black Friday one. Other tour balls from TaylorMade, Callaway and Srixon did show discounts in 2025 roundups.

Our call

Don't hold off on a Pro V1 purchase expecting a big November cut — the history doesn't support it. If a rival tour ball is what you play, it has been more likely to appear in Black Friday lists.

What past Black Fridays show

The biggest club discounts in 2024 and 2025 coverage were mostly on previous-generation models, though Golf Monthly's 2025 list also included some current drivers. Today's Golfer explained the pattern in 2024: most manufacturers release new lines early in the following year, so they clear older stock before then. MyGolfSpy calls January “release season,” which is also “price-drop season” for outgoing models.

Our call

If the clubs aren't needed before winter, waiting for November — or January, when new models launch — has historically been the better bet. The exception is a brand that holds its price (see “what rarely goes on sale” below). As always on this site, last year's model is usually the smarter buy anyway.

What past Black Fridays show

Beginner package sets have appeared in Black Friday coverage: Golf Monthly's 2025 club deals included a Callaway Strata set and a Wilson SGI package set, and Sports Illustrated's 2024 roundup listed a Cobra FLY-XL complete set.

For a holiday gift, November is a reasonable time to buy a first set. For someone who wants to start playing now, buy now — a season of golf is worth more than a possible discount.

What past Black Fridays show

Rangefinders showed up in both 2024 and 2025 coverage. The Bushnell Tour V6 Shift was listed as discounted in both years, and Precision Pro, Nikon and Shot Scope rangefinders also appeared — usually as dollar-off or percentage-off offers, and in one 2024 case with a gift card attached.

Our call

If a rangefinder isn't needed before late November, this is one of the clearer cases for waiting. Check whether a “deal” is a price cut or a bundle — both have appeared.

Golf Monthly covered Garmin Approach watches in Garmin's early Black Friday sale in November 2025, and Garmin, SkyCaddie, Arccos and Shot Scope products appeared in 2024 or 2025 roundups.

Our call

Another class where waiting has historically paid, especially for mid-range and step-up watches. A basic GPS bought for this season's remaining rounds is still a fine buy now.

Some of the largest dollar offers in the coverage were on launch monitors and simulators: SkyTrak, Garmin Approach R10, FlightScope Mevo+ and Rapsodo all appeared in 2024 or 2025 roundups. Several offers were bundles — free balls or a case — rather than price cuts.

As the most expensive category we cover, this is where waiting for November has the most to gain. Compare a bundle's extras against a straight price cut before deciding which is the better deal.

What past Black Fridays show

Push-cart and bag brands including Bag Boy, Alphard, Big Max and Vessel ran Black Friday offers in 2024 or 2025 coverage. But Golf Monthly reported in October 2025 that an Amazon price on a Bag Boy cart already beat the previous year's Black Friday deal.

Black Friday isn't automatically the lowest price here. Keep an eye on prices through October and November, and buy when a price you're happy with appears.

What past Black Fridays show

Shoe discounts in 2024 and 2025 coverage were frequently on older models. Golf Monthly's shoe-deal coverage included a Puma model its tester noted had arrived in 2022, and Golf Digest's 2024 early coverage highlighted steep adidas reductions on select items.

Past-season shoes are where the offers have been. If they're not needed now, waiting is reasonable — though end-of-line stock can run short in popular sizes.

Clothing produced some of the deepest percentage offers in the roundups — Sports Illustrated listed Nike Golf and Palm Golf gloves in 2025, and Galway Bay rain gear appeared in both 2024 and 2025 coverage.

Unless it's needed now, apparel is one of the likelier categories to be discounted in November. Gloves are cheap consumables either way.

How to tell a real golf deal from a fake one

  • Check the model year. The biggest club discounts in past years were on previous-generation models. That can be a genuinely great buy — it's our usual advice — but make sure the listing is the model you think it is.
  • Treat “was” prices with care. Golf Digest has noted that most golf products have a manufacturer's suggested price that hardly anyone actually charges, so a big “% off” can be measured from a number few people ever paid. On this site, any list price and percentage shown under a buy button comes straight from Amazon's data, not from us.
  • Compare bundles against price cuts. Several past offers on launch monitors and rangefinders were bundles — free balls, a case or a gift card — rather than a lower price. Only you know whether the extras are worth it.
  • Black Friday isn't always the lowest price. Golf Monthly found an October 2025 Amazon price on a push cart that beat the previous year's Black Friday deal, and it has written that January golf sales are often better than the Christmas sales. Amazon also ran Prime Big Deal Days in October in both 2024 (October 8-9) and 2025 (October 7-8).

When is Black Friday 2026?
Black Friday 2026 is Friday, November 27, the day after Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 26). Cyber Monday is Monday, November 30. For reference, Amazon's 2025 Black Friday Week ran from November 20 through Cyber Monday on December 1.
Do golf balls go on sale on Black Friday?
Some do. Past coverage shows multi-buy offers and discounts on value and older-model balls. Premium balls are a different story: Golf Monthly called the Titleist Pro V1 “basically never discounted” in 2025, when its holiday pack was 9% below the manufacturer's suggested price.
Is it better to buy golf clubs on Black Friday or in January?
Both have historically brought discounts, mostly on previous-generation clubs. New models typically launch early in the year, and outgoing models often drop in price when they do, so if you want last year's model — our usual advice — January can be as good as November. Golf Monthly has also noted that January golf sales are often better than the Christmas sales.
